Technology Solutions LLC (“TDTS”) provided on, available through, or in
connection with the Tovsendevelopment.tech website are patent pending. The Tovsendevelopment.tech website and associated
software is protected by U.S. Copyright law and are provided subject to Tovsendevelopment.tech
Terms of Service
(TOS).
This
Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access Tovsendevelopment.tech
(each a “User”) and describes the type of personal data that TDTS (also “we” or
“us”) collect through the Tovsendevelopment.tech website and the services we
provide (“Website”).

to time as the Website changes and privacy laws evolve. Updates
to this Privacy Policy, will be reflected by the ‘last revised’ date at the top

the provisions of this Privacy Policy or any future Privacy Policy, then do not
use, access, or continue to access the Tovsendevelopment.tech website.

IV. HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION. We retain necessary for as long as you
maintain an account and we retain transactional information such for up to seven
years to ensure we can perform legitimate business functions, such as
accounting for tax obligations. If you request account deletion, we will delete
your information as set forth in the “Deleting Your Account” section below,
however, historical transaction data will be retained as required by law, or by
our Terms of Service.
We take reasonable and appropriate
measures designed to protect your personal information. But no security
measures can be 100% effective, and we cannot guarantee the security of your
information, including against unauthorized intrusions or acts by third
parties.
V. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES REGARDING YOUR DATA. Tovsen Development provides ways for you to
access and delete your personal information as well as exercise other data
rights that give you certain control over your personal information.
A. All Users

Push
Notifications. Tovsen
Development may request access to serve push notifications, app notifications,
or other alerts. You can opt out of
receiving push notifications through your device settings. Please note that
opting out of receiving push notifications may impact your use of the Website.

Profile
Information. You
can review and edit certain account information you have chosen to add to your
profile by logging in to your account settings and profile.

Location
Information. When
such functionality exists, you can prevent your device from sharing location
information through your device’s system settings by modifying your browser
settings.

Cookie
Tracking. You can
modify your cookie settings on your browser, but if you delete or choose not to
accept our cookies, you may be missing out on certain features of the Website.

Do
Not Track. Your
browser may offer you a “Do Not Track” option, which allows you to signal to
operators of websites and web applications and services that you do not want
them to track your online activities. The Website does not currently support Do
Not Track requests at this time.

request, your account can be deleted. When we delete your account, we may

receiving that request. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason

VI. CHILDREN’S DATA. The Website is not directed towards usage by
children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children
under the age of 13. If we find out that a child under 13 has given us personal
information, or that another User has provided personal information on a child
under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete that information. If you
